What we can help with

Useful work. Honest boundaries.

A good fit

  • Cosmetic trim and selected fabric issues
  • Non-structural accessory replacement
  • Loose non-safety hardware where manufacturer guidance permits
  • Approved original or compatible parts

What we can’t take on

  • Structural or load-bearing repair
  • Restraint, brake, lock or folding-mechanism work
  • Electrical and battery repair
  • Car-seat repair of any kind

For everyone’s safety, we never accept needles, sharps or suspected narcotic substances. If an item arrives with an unsafe or very different condition, we’ll isolate it, pause the work and contact you.

Frequently asked

Clarity before you start.

What counts as a minor repair?

Work must be non-structural and non-safety-critical, supported by manufacturer guidance and compatible parts. Describe the issue first; customer photos are optional and can be added when useful.

Can you source parts?

Sometimes. Parts are only purchased with written approval and are shown separately from labour.

What happens if the condition is different at intake?

We pause, show you what changed and ask what you would like to do. You can say no to any added work.

Ready when you are

Tell us what your gear needs.

If your item needs a closer look, we’ll keep the details you already shared and guide you through the next step.
