We collect and return eligible family gear across York Region, North York and parts of North Toronto. Visiting-family rentals can also be dropped off and collected across Toronto or at an approved YYZ- or YTZ-area meeting point after the address, inventory and route timing are confirmed.

Choose your item for a standard clean. For repairs, a mix of different items, storage, rehoming or anything unusual, send us a quick assessment.
- 2See the plan and price
We’ll check your area, timing, what’s included and the total price. You say yes before pickup, so there are no surprise charges.
- 3We pick it up and check it in
We photograph your item, note its condition and track it from the moment it reaches us. Your own photos are welcome, but never required.
- 4We care for it and check our work
We clean or restore it using the right method, then review the finished work and take completion photos. If anything needs to change, we ask you first.
- 5You get your report—and your gear moves on
Your private Care Report shows what we did. Then your gear comes home, goes into storage, or follows your chosen sale or donation path.
