Two care levels

You pay for the work your gear needs—not the name of the mess.

Choose the level that looks closest to your item’s condition. We’ll confirm it at check-in and never upgrade your service or add a charge without asking.

Complete Care

Choose this for everyday buildup and localized, disclosed family accidents that fit one normal cycle.

  • One manufacturer-compatible cleaning cycle
  • Permitted fabric removal plus crevice, frame, basket and wheel-area detailing
  • Standard stain and odour treatment
  • Controlled drying and reassembly

Extended Care

Choose this when your gear needs the full clean plus another cycle and extra handling.

  • Everything in Complete Care
  • A second treatment cycle for widespread or dried-in residue
  • Persistent-odour reassessment
  • Additional isolation, PPE and extended drying where required

A disclosed accident is not an automatic surcharge. A localized diaper, potty or sickness incident can stay in Complete Care when one normal cycle is enough. Widespread or dried-in residue, several affected areas, a lingering odour or a needed second cycle points to Extended Care. Anything more involved begins with a quick assessment.

Disinfection, when appropriate

Care that follows your item’s instructions.

For eligible hard, non-porous surfaces, we use a Health Canada-authorized disinfectant exactly as directed and follow the item manufacturer’s care instructions.

  • Each material receives the care method designed for it.
  • Your Care Report lists the surfaces treated and the method used.
  • Eligible treatment is included whenever it is part of your selected care level.
  • When ATP sampling is a good fit, it adds a before-and-after cleanliness reading from one selected spot.

Frequently asked

Clarity before you start.

How do Complete Care and Extended Care differ?

Complete Care covers one full cleaning cycle. Extended Care adds a second treatment cycle and the extra handling needed for widespread, dried-in or persistent conditions. We choose the level based on the work involved, never the name of the mess.

Do ordinary diaper, potty or sickness incidents always cost more?

No. A localized, disclosed incident can remain within Complete Care when it fits the standard cycle. We recommend Extended Care only when the actual condition requires materially more work.

Is a tune-up included?

Cleaning includes a visual condition review and care notes. Minor non-safety repair is a separate service that you approve before work begins; restraint, braking, locking, folding and structural work are excluded.

Do you certify the stroller as safe?

No. Cleaning and visual notes are not structural inspection or safety certification.

Will I receive a report?

Yes. Every completed service includes a private digital Care Report with your item’s condition, the work we completed, photos, remaining limits and pickup and return updates.
