Evidence before departure
Know what condition your gear was in before the trip.

What we can help with
Useful work. Honest boundaries.
A good fit
- Strollers and foldable family wagons
- Gate-checked or checked family gear
- Travel bags and accessories stored with the item
- Canadian departures and arrivals
What we can’t take on
- A promise that an airline will accept or pay a future claim
- Safety certification or hidden-damage inspection
- Airline baggage fees or advance airline approval
- Passport, payment-card or unnecessary identity-document collection
Travel Ready documents visible condition; it does not certify safety, guarantee baggage handling or promise that an airline will accept a later claim.
Before you travel
Leave with the evidence organized.
- 1Tell us about the trip and gear
Share the airline, departure date, item and accessories. Do not send passports or payment-card details.
- 2Approve the documentation plan
We confirm timing, pickup if needed and the fixed fee before work begins.
- 3Receive your Travel Ready record
You get the condition photos, identifying details, existing-wear notes and a practical airport checklist in one private record.
Frequently asked
Clarity before you start.
When should I book Travel Ready?
Three to five business days before departure is best. We may be able to help sooner when route and studio capacity allow.
Does this guarantee an airline claim will be paid?
No. It creates stronger, organized evidence of the item’s pre-travel condition, but the airline decides any claim under its tariff, policy and applicable law.
What should I do at the airport?
Follow the airline’s packing and check-in instructions, keep your baggage receipt and inspect the gear as soon as it is returned. If you see damage, report it to the airline before leaving the airport whenever possible.

If your item needs a closer look, we’ll keep the details you already shared and guide you through the next step.
