We sort the collection by material, construction and care needs before choosing each method.

Care you can see
You’ll see what we did, what changed and what comes next.
We photograph your gear when it arrives and again when care is complete, then explain the work and anything worth knowing.
Your Care Report shows what we cleaned, grouped pieces, exceptions and any remaining wear.
Included in your Care ReportA simple size check
Choose the space—not an item count.
Toy Totes are priced by usable space. Pack below the marked fill line so the lid closes normally and the tote stays safe to carry. There is no item limit.
A compact volume for smaller toy collections.
Twice the volume for larger or bulkier collections.
Contents stay below the mark and the lid closes without force. If the smaller tote overflows, approve the larger tote or remove items—there is no automatic upgrade.
Keep building pieces or miniature toys together in a washable container you provide. We’ll keep them together as one group rather than count them piece by piece.
Electronic, wooden, weighted, foam-filled, vintage, damaged, mould-affected and water-trapping toys are reviewed for the safest suitable method.
Illustrations are a guide. Written volume and measurements determine the package. Specialty construction or a condition needing materially different handling may require approval of a separate quote before work.

What we can help with
Useful work. Honest boundaries.
A good fit
- Mixed toys that fit below the selected tote's fill line
- Electronic, wooden, weighted and foam-filled toys for method review
- Bath and water-trapping toys
- Damaged, vintage, sentimental and mould-affected toys for individual review
What we can’t take on
- Electrical, battery or motor repair
- A method likely to trap inaccessible moisture or cause unacceptable damage
- Visible mould, active pests or leaking batteries without pre-transport review
- Needles, sharps or suspected narcotic substances
For everyone’s safety, we never accept needles, sharps or suspected narcotic substances. If an item arrives with an unsafe or very different condition, we’ll isolate it, pause the work and contact you.

Frequently asked
Clarity before you start.
Do you clean every toy the same way?
No. Material, construction, labels and condition determine whether an item is washed, surface-cleaned, separately quoted or declined.
Can electronic or difficult-to-clean toys be included?
Yes, they are welcome for review. Straightforward exterior or detail care may fit the selected tote; materially different handling is quoted separately before work. Electrical, battery and motor repair are excluded.
How much fits in a Toy Tote?
Choose 25L or 50L by volume. There is no item cap: the toys must remain below the marked fill line, the lid must close normally and the tote must remain safe to transport.
How are loose building pieces documented?
A contained collection is treated and documented as one logical group. Nest & Stow does not count, assemble or reconcile every component.
Should I bring a mould-affected toy to pickup?
Not before review. Submit the item and condition for assessment, but keep visible mould, active pests and leaking batteries isolated until Nest & Stow confirms whether and how it can be transported.
