For everyone’s safety, we never accept needles, sharps or suspected narcotic substances. If an item arrives with an unsafe or very different condition, we’ll isolate it, pause the work and contact you.

Is repair part of the standard plush clean?
No. Plush has one cleaning level. Eligible seam repair, stuffing work or other restoration is assessed and approved separately before it is added.
Can you work on an irreplaceable keepsake?
Possibly. Sentimental pieces require an individual method and risk review before acceptance.
Will a repaired plush be safe for a baby?
Repair does not automatically make a toy suitable for an infant or toddler. Age, components, construction and intended use need separate consideration.
Can you match the original stuffing?
We match feel and structure where practical, but exact historical material may not be available. Substitutions require approval.
Can a plush go in a Toy Tote?
Plush up to 12 inches may be included within the available volume of either Toy Tote. Plush from 13 to 30 inches is priced independently; larger pieces begin with assessment.
