We can drop off and collect a visiting-family rental at an eligible Toronto residence, hotel or short-term rental. Make sure your property permits the handoff and someone can meet us when needed.
- Toronto rental addresses are grouped onto selected route days
- Approved YYZ- or YTZ-area handoffs are $50 round trip during the introductory pilot
- Regular gear-care pickups cover North York and selected North Toronto neighbourhoods
- Rental drop-off and collection windows are confirmed in writing
- Airport-area service uses an approved hotel, car-rental location or meeting point—not terminal waiting or flight monitoring
- No 24-hour delivery or guaranteed same-day service
