EXTRA CARE FOR BIGGER MESSES

Choose the item first. Tell us what happened.

Diaper leaks, potty accidents and sickness are part of family life. Start with the gear you need cleaned; the care level follows the actual work, not a shame-based mess label.

Disinfection, when appropriate

Care that follows your item’s instructions.

For eligible hard, non-porous surfaces, we use a Health Canada-authorized disinfectant exactly as directed and follow the item manufacturer’s care instructions.

  • Each material receives the care method designed for it.
  • Your Care Report lists the surfaces treated and the method used.
  • Eligible treatment is included whenever it is part of your selected care level.
  • When ATP sampling is a good fit, it adds a before-and-after cleanliness reading from one selected spot.

Care you can see

You’ll see what we did, what changed and what comes next.

We photograph your gear when it arrives and again when care is complete, then explain the work and anything worth knowing.

At intakeWhat we see

We record the item, affected areas and handling needs before pickup.

Saved privately for you
At completionWhat we did

Your Care Report shows what we did, the surfaces treated, care notes and any ATP cleanliness reading.

What we can help with

Useful work. Honest boundaries.

A good fit

  • Disclosed urine, feces or vomit on eligible family gear
  • Conditions safely containable for transport
  • Materials with a manufacturer-compatible care method
  • Requests submitted without customer photos; images remain optional

What we can’t take on

  • Needles or sharps
  • Suspected narcotic substances
  • Conditions unsafe to transport or isolate
  • Undisclosed or materially different hazards at intake

For everyone’s safety, we never accept needles, sharps or suspected narcotic substances. If an item arrives with an unsafe or very different condition, we’ll isolate it, pause the work and contact you.

Frequently asked

Clarity before you start.

Does every diaper, potty or sickness incident require Extended Care?

No. A localized, disclosed incident can remain within a standard cleaning when it fits one normal cycle. Additional care is based on widespread, dried-in or persistent conditions—not the cause word.

What is never accepted?

Needles, sharps and suspected narcotic substances are hard exclusions. Do not handle or transport them to us.

Are customer photos required?

No. Describe the item and condition to start. Photos are optional, and Nest & Stow can request clarification or complete the final method review at intake.

What if the condition is different at intake?

We isolate the item and stop work if the actual condition is unsafe or very different. We show you what we found and contact you before changing the plan or price.

What does ATP sampling show?

ATP sampling measures organic residue on a selected surface. When it is a good fit, we test the same spot before and after care and include both readings in your Care Report.

Ready when you are
